Specification Use
The Rune Protocol specification (SPEC.md) is open for implementation. Any person or organisation may implement the protocol in any language, framework, or platform without permission, fee, or registration.
Implementations are encouraged to declare compliance using the standard host declaration format defined in HOSTS.md.
No Warranty
Rune Protocol is provided as is, without warranty of any kind — express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of this software or specification.
Contributions

"Rune Protocol" and associated marks are used to identify this specification and its reference implementations. Use of the name in implementations is permitted provided the use does not imply official endorsement by Semantic Intent.
